Dear Ma’am,

Greetings of peace!

With due respect, I am sending this letter to inform that Division Office already
released a memo on the 2023 National SCIENCE Club Month Celebration to
showcase the skills and abilities of the learners about science with the theme
“TIMELAPSE: Accentuating the Eras of Science Clubbing”.

In line with this, I am proposing to do the different activities in one day, instead
on doing it weekly. I recommended doing it on September 29, 2023 (Friday) as
we celebrate also the culmination of the said activity.

I further ask your permission to hold a short meeting to all concerned people in
this activity upon approving this proposal.

I shall be looking forward to your response.

Thank you very much and may God bless you always.

Yours sincerely,

BABY JEAN T. BAID, T-3
