Good day!

I am writing to your good office as I would like to apply for your Provident Fund Loan
amounting to One Hundred Thousand Pesos (₱ 100, 000.00). I would like to use the
proceeds of the said loan for my educational needs, specifically, to fund my thesis for
my MA in Educational Management at DMC College Foundation, Inc. Apart from
standardized fees incurred for the thesis processes, graduate programs offered in
DMC College Foundation are in consortium with Negros Oriental State University
(NORSU) which means part of the amount applied for the loan will include travel
expenses as oral defense will be situated in NORSU. Moreover, Thesis Writing will
be the last subject I will enroll so I can finish my MA in Educational Management.

continue my professional development.
