STUDY PLAN

Dear Sir/ Madam:
My name is Tran Bao Trung and I was born on October 29th, 2000 in Danang city. I am writing this
letter to explain why I would like to apply for the Supply chain and Operations (co-op) in Fanshawe
College International of Canada commencing in 2023.

I chose to study the Supply chain and Operations (co-op) in Fanshawe College International of
Canada for several detailed legitimates. When I was in high school I always dreamt of studying
abroad, therefore I put a lot of effort into learning a new language. As a result, in 2021, I graduated
from JVC Academy Language School with N3 Japanese Certificate & Language School Diploma
simultaneously. At the present, I am currently studying at Sundai Business College for Hospitality &
Foreign Languages as a sophomore. After researching the programs majoring in logistics around the
world, I was totally impressed by the one held by Fanshawe College International of Canada because
of some reasons below.

As far as I am concerned, Supply chain and Operations (co-op) in Fanshawe College International in
Canada is totally suitable to me because it fits my strength, passion as well as the long-term labor
demand scene in Vietnam. The primary reason why I want to study this domain is that this is a
promising field with great job prospect that I can gain high social status as well as stable income so if
I am entitled to follow, I will have more occupational choices in terms of transportation, distribution
and storage after graduating in which I am able to attain decent jobs in multinational corporations
such as Americold or GXO logistics with well-paid salary. Another reason is that labors in logistics in a
developing country like Vietnam are scarce, however, the demand of this area is escalating
nowadays so with an international diploma in this major I can partly give a hand to mitigate this
workforce issue.

As I have researched, Canada is a wonderful destination for studying and developing for teenagers
and adolescents with an active environment, top-notch facilities and reasonable tuition fees allowing
students great conditions for learning and practicing. Another point I am in favor of is that
undergraduates in Canadian colleges can have chances of attending internship programmes which
not only supports them in having greater practical standpoint about their major and their future job
but also grants them opportunities to learn, exchange and integrate the working culture of local
people here.

In addition, there are various reasons why I consider Fanshawe College International to be the new
destination for learning Supply chain and Operations (co-op). Firstly, it is readily apparent that
Fanshawe College is currently above the provincial average in both graduate satisfaction and
graduate employment rate with 65,5% and 83,1% respectively so I suppose following tertiary
education at this college can do wonders for my learning process as well as my career. Furthermore,
graduates from Supply chain and Operations at Fanshawe College International may be eligible to
transfer to the Honors Bachelor of Commerce (Management) at Fanshawe College and receive a
one-year advanced standing. This bestows me with a great opportunity to follow an after-graduation
course if I expect to do so. Another reason why I deliberate on embarking on this journey is that
business supply chain and operations program at Fanshawe College aligns with the curriculum of
various professional associations including the supply chain certification Supply Chain Management
Professional (SCMP) with Supply Chain Canada and the CPIM, CSCP and CLTD designations through
the Association for Supply Chain Management (ASCM). Such highly reputable organizations allow me
to enjoy the learning process to the fullest with qualified standardization.

I want to return to my home country to work after graduation. I want to apply my knowledge and
my skills to work and contribute to Vietnam's development, especially my hometown –Danang city
which is a beautiful coastal city located in the heart of Vietnam. I believe that I will have a good job
as well as opportunities to fulfill my dream to have my people with desires to study and experience
new knowledge in high-standard education. I hope that I am fortunate enough to get your approval
on my visa. I would like to say thank you for giving me the opportunity to write some words about
my future plan. I look forward to receiving your approval for my visa application. Please do not
hesitate to let me know if you have any questions.

Thank you for your time and consideration.
Best Regards,
Tran Bao Trung
