Please see how many action items intend under each goal your school has accomplished or is doing on a regular basis.
Circle the number before each item if you achieved this. Add up and write your total at the box after each goal.
By checking what your school already has and what it is doing regularly you will be able to track your progress towards
becoming a child-friendly school.
The following section focuses on targets for schools in the areas of enrolment, learning achievement and health and
nutrition. Please measure how far has your school progressed in accomplishing the following targets.
TARGET 1: All children 6-12 years old in your community are in school
TARGET 2: All children in your school who enrolled in Grade I, six years ago finish Grade 6.

ACHIEVING Targets
1. All children 6-12 years old are enrolled in school
2. All children who enroll in Grade I finish Grade 6
3. All grade 6 pupils pass School Division Diagnostic Test
4. All grade 6 pupils pass National Achievement Test

6. All pupils are healthy
7. All pupils have good dental health

school to progress further towards becoming a child-friendly school.
