The Amateur Radio Operator Certificate and/or Amateur Radio Station License
including Permits are written authorities issued by the Commission to a person or a club
authorizing the holder thereof to operate a class of radio station in the Amateur Service.
The renewal of Amateur Radio Operator Certificate and/or Amateur Radio Station
License is required for the continuous operation of any class of amateur radio stations in
the Amateur Service.
