Salary Increment Letter

We are pleased to inform you that after the evaluation of your performance by
the Top Management, a decision has been made to award you an increment in
salary. An increment of Rs 50,000/- on your monthly salary will be effective from
the month of Aug 1st, 2007.

Your basic compensation and related benefits for the year 2007 post increment
stands at Rs 15,000/- per month
