The National Center for Sustainability Reporting (NCSR) is an independent

organization which promotes and disseminates CSR Sustainability Reporting and
Assurance in South East Asia.

NCSR is an Organizational Stakeholder of the Global Reporting Initiative with its

headquarters in the Netherlands since 2006.

NCSR is the AA Licensed Assurance Provider No. 000-87 since 2011.

 INTRODUCTION
WHAT IS CSRA?
Those interested in the CSRA certificate
will have a basic level of proficiency
in assurance engagement related to
sustainability or CSR reporting and thus
have an opportunity to become a more
professional assurer and develop additional
capability in the following areas:
CSRA COURSE OBJECTIVES:
The CSRA Course concentrates more
specifically on assurance engagement to verify
corporate sustainability performance. The
CSRA certification program has the following
objectives:
n Transfer practical skills in relation to
assurance services development
n Increase the knowledge of international
standards in relation to assurance
engagement in sustainability/CSR reporting
and;
n Provide insight into the various aspects
of assurance engagement in relation to
sustainability/CSR reporting, including
recognized methods and techniques of
auditing.

n Examining the completeness and compliance
of sustainability/CSR reports.
n Identifying any data and information omitted
that could have been included.
n Independent comments on targets, impacts,
shortcomings and recommendations.
n Assessment of sustainability/CSR reporting
including interpretation of reported data and
performance.
To join CSRA training, the participants are
required to complete Certified Sustainability
Reporting Specialist (CSRS) training first.
PROGRAM DETAILS
The aspects are covered in the CSRA Course
session includes: Assurance Standards and
Criteria, Scope of Assurance Engagement, Risk
Perspectives, Substantive Assurance, Assurance
Issues, Assurance Reporting, Reporting
Standards, and Reporting Practicalities.

PAYMENT, REGISTRATION AND CANCELLATION POLICY

1. Please return this form as proof of registration to NCSR/Fax: +62 21 782 3523 or
email to projects@ncsr-id.org
2. Registration deadline 1 August 2019.
3. Payment must be received on or before 2 August 2019.
4. Participants in the same organization can exchange places without extra costs but
this needs to be provided in writing.
5. Cancellation after 2 August 2019 will incur an administration fee of 25%.
6. Cancellation after 4 August 2019 will incur the full fee.
7. Limited space: 20 participants only. Minimum Quota 10 participants.
8. NCSR reserves the right to change or cancel the program with prior notice.

1. Participants will receive certificate of attendance from NCSR after successful completion
of the training course.
2. Participants are eligible to receive a Certified Sustainability Report Assurer (CSRA) from
NCSR after successful passing NCSR online examination and submit the assignment.
3. CSRA is a professional certification in sustainability assurance, we have around 200
graduates since late 2009 in South East Asia and Bangladesh.
