in the Indian state of Jharkhand, it is also referred to as the
"Queen of Chotanagpur", and is a hill station. The town is
also famous for Netarhat Residential School, set up in 1954.

However, some argue that the place has been named

after ‘Netarhat which means a marketplace for bamboo in
the local language. Located at about 3622 feet high in
Latehar District about 156 kms West of Ranchi, it was once
13

the sumer retreat of the British Governor. Satpura range

from Central India, meets the Chotanagpur plateau on the
eastern side, at Netarhat is also the home of various
primitive tribes, who had been residing in its hills for
generations, in close harmony with nature
people comes to vist for sight seen at this place. Despite

of no better arrangement for staying and eating. The

place contains naturally beauty but don’t have any
suitable place for spending nights and for better break
fast and meal, that’s why I have chosen this location for
our project, so that visitors should enjoy their vacation.

THE START UP

Reason and process for selecting particularly

destination :-
This place is nothing short of heaven in itself. The biggest
reason behind choosing this place was that many tourists
from India, not only from India but also from foreign ,
come to enjoy the beautiful view of the natural beauty .
But they could not find any good place to spend the night
here. Millions of people reach throughout the year to see
the beautiful view of this hill station located in Jharkhand,
this location seemed to be perfect for our project, also did
a lot of research on this place . This was the reason that
this place should be developed from tourism point of
view, there should be proper restaurant arrangement,
proper guest house should be provided, it should have
proper arrangement of all the things related to eating and
drinking, but nothing like this is seen in the absence We got
to know people about the area. He said that tourism should be
developed in this area when we felt that this is the best place for
our project, then we started working on this project.
25

Information and data collection :- Working in this

internship during covid-19 pandemic and lockdown was
quite a different experience. In such a difficult situation
of covid-19 it was almost impossible to visit any place. It
was not a common practice to gather information for this
project. We were all part of this project sitting in our
respective homes. Internet was a major tool for us. With
this, we could search all the information related to this
project. We chose the Internet as our tool. Through
YouTube and many websites we understood each one
closely. Apart from this, we received many information
and ideas from the start-up think tank Classes 2020. Think
Tank Classes 2020 also played an important role to gather
information. Apart from this, we also tried to contact
some of our friends who related to Jharkhand. is. To
gather information, we selected some people who had
been part of this tour before. We tried to know things
related to his tour and he got to know about his
experience. According to the experience, we laid the
foundation of our plan, Mr. Sanjeev Kumar Mandal, who
was our guidance. The guidelines given by him were also
helpful to us. Following his suggestion, we did a lot of
research for the project through the Internet YouTube
26

website . On the basis of this experience, we developed

our new model.

Division of tasks :- . When we got this project, we thought

a lot about how we can give the most accurate shape to
this project. Our project was related to hospitality. We
divided our project into smaller parts. Each member of the
team was given a task. Each member had to give a
systematic shape to this project according to their task.
We paid more attention to the fact that the model should
neither be too long nor hard. We divided the project into
smaller parts, the first being Start-ups and Location. Mr.
Sunny Kumar Chaurasiya was entrusted with the task of
gathering all information related to the start up and
location. Apart from this, all the costing details were also
prepared by Mr. Sunny kumar chaurasiya , besides the
program and many small parts were seated. During the
day, I have done all the work related to transport
management tourist pickup and drops and publicity
advertising like pamphlets social advertising . All the work
related to location and sight seeing was done by Rinkal
Aggarwal. All the work related to license and safety
management is done by Mr. Durgesh Kumar Rathore, how
will the food be arranged every day and what new dishes
27

can we serve to the tourists. Its responsibility was

entrusted to Miss Ruchi Rajak. We had prepared our
project which was for the tourists till normal people too .
In what ways can we attract tourists and related work
from the Employment was assigned to Miss Pooja.

My role & contributions :- This program was very

important for us to show our talent and our ability, we
worked hard behind this project to make this project more
accurate, we divided the project into many smaller parts
of all our team members. Were given their topics.
Everyone had to work according to the topics they got, My
contribution in this project was in the field of transport
and publicity, advertisements. I tried to give this project a
precise look according to my given topic, I did my research
in traffic and publicity, my whole emphasis was on how we
can provide good facilities to the tourist at a low cost.
Thought of an affordable vehicle like Mahindra Thar and
thought about how it would give its performance
according to its mileage fuel tank price performance
locations. I also did a lot of research on this. I chose the
Internet for research. I chose a tourist's pick. Prepared a
costing detail for up and drop. Apart from this, I also paid
28

special attention to how I can promote the project I have

prepared. Different categories of publicity such as
boarding template, newspaper advertisement, video
advertising, social advertising, local people Attraction in
Also contributed significantly on everything

Startup idea :- We all belong to a middle-class family and more

than 75% of the population live in the village. Keeping the
heritage of India and heritage of the village culture alive was one
of our motives, so we need of such a project so that These
culture heritage and heritage of the village can be kept alive and
then we thought of a hospitality service which will be full of
modern facilities as well as you will be able to glimpse the culture
of the village and India in it. We named this project Hut Stay

Feasibility and scope for the startup :- In future, many

people will get employment through this project. Apart
from this, this project is very important in terms of
tourism. This will be the first time in the field of tourism
when you will see a unique confluence of villages and
cities. We have prepared this project after taking care of
many research and many specifics. Then there is no
question of failure of this project It arises. Anyway the
demand of this project is for tourists. You can say that
29

tourists themselves want to provide some similar facility

there, we have tried our best to make any shortfall of any
kind in this project. Keeping in view the demand and
facilities of the tourists, we have prepared our final
project, that is, we can say that the chances of the success
of this project in the future are more than other
hospitality facilities.
30

WHAT I LEAN FROM THIS SUMMER TRAINING PROGRAM

I learned a lot by joining the start-up think tank program. I

learned how to work with different types of people. Through this
program I got to see a very good example of teamwork.
Understood this program meant not only to me for subject
related activities but also. It was a good chance for me to prove
myself. The project that was given to us was related to
Hospitality. Under Hospitality we have learned how the tourism
sector is organized. We have studied different parts of
Hospitality, we have not come to know how to establish a good
resort. Our resort was a kind of guesthouse, what is the proper
arrangement for tourists to stay? and how it is done? , we have
learned all the things through this project. The most important
thing about this project was that the students of different
universities were part of this. A team was selected for each
project. It was nice to know about the people of different
universities, how to deal with people and how to talk. That is
what we learned through this project. This project provides a
very good example of work. Working in coordination with OK is
a very different thing, how to work in teamwork and how your
behaviour should be with people. I learned through this project
that there were some difficulties, but all of us together faced
that problem, I liked it very much. I learned that when a work is
done by forming a group, then that work may be difficult.
Success will always be yours
31

MY EXPERIENCE

The experience of this summer training program was very good

for me. Got to learn something new. It was great to work with
the new people. Because of the summer training program, I got
to know the way of thinking from people of different universities,
it was a great experience in itself. It is good to work with these
people because then you can entice them with your arts and
your You can also make good friends. The People who
supported me in this program belonged to different places.
Which can benefit me in future. It was nice to understand the
sentiments of the people. This was the first occasion for me
when I was part of such a program. We understood and
understood many facts related to business. The start up think
tank project was filled with many adventures
We learned many things related to business. Which was a very
good experience in itself. It is not common to present your talent
in front of people. People are often looking for this opportunity
when we were able to present our talent in front of other
people. The opportunity we were looking for was given by the
start-up think tank.
32
