Greetings from Land, Sea, and Air Department!

The School of Hospitality and Tourism Management plans to hold an Industry Exposure Trip
(DEMAGUTE-DIPOLOG-DAPITANN-DAKAK) on December 5-8, 2019. The participants of the
activity will be the BSHM 1 & 2 and BSTM 1-2 students who are voluntarily agreed to join as part of
the requirement of the subject THC 1 – Macro Perspective in Tourism and Hospitality Industry.

On this regard, the undersigned would like to request a First Aid Kit as one of the compliance to CMO
No. 52, 2017 needed for the exposure trip and instruct a participant who will serve as medic as
requirement for conducting activity. Moreover, the undersigned is recommending MS. JENIFER
JALANDO-ON to be the standing medic for she was trained in CDRRMO Rescue Training in
Himamaylan City, Negros Occidental.
