Pollution in this modern time is at its peak. Alcoholic beverages and cigarettes can be
bought above the counters in all stores and supermarkets. Traffic congestion is an everyday
problem. Our daily activities cause us a lot of stress and “instant food” can be bought
everywhere. You were tasked by the Department of Health (DOH) to conduct an information
drive on how diet and stressful lifestyle can affect the circulatory and respiratory systems.
