2.8.8.4 Hybrid Combining with four Carrier

This configuration is an option to combine four carriers to one antenna. To realise this,
the module DCULG and the add-on module A:DUAMCO4M are used.
The A:DUCAMCO4M has four SMA-female connectors, which are used for the TX path
and four SMA-male connectors, used for the RX path. They are connected to two
