Awibowo is accountable as a lecturer invarious subjects of
Industrial Engineering (IE) through develop and/or
improve detail content of the curriculum,
discussion about real implementation of IE knowledge base on
previous professional performance and develop laboratory
of assembly line and supporting function facility (at SBM-ITB
and SWISS GERMAN University (SGU),Trisakti University).
He is independent consultant in facilitating organizations in the
transformation process through the development of
long-term planning based on balance scorecard,
facilitating the preparation of company KPI sets and
translating them into individual KPI sets, facilitating the
monitoring process and carrying out other related initiatives.
He is EVP Corporate Strategy & Development (GMF 2012-2015),
VP : Strategic Management Office (GI 2008-2012),
VP Corporate Planning & Development (GMF 2003-2008),
VP Technical Planning & Developent (GI 1998-2003).

with Monash University in Investment Research Department
nd significantly contributed in operation excellence,
strategy project for PT Freeport Indonesia.
Erman, individually, had set up the SOP and
proposed the KPIs for Mine Planning system
at PT Freeport Mc Moran Indonesia.
Erman was the best Experienced Business Consultant
in Accenture Indonesia (assessed in July 2005).
He has extensive networks with Indonesian highly
influential persons from entrepreneurs; bureaucrats
and professionals from both public and private sectors,
and distinctive expertise in the rare area of clean development
mechanism and carbon credit management.
