REPORT GOVERNMENT OWNED COMPUTER SET

This is to report on the missing parts and accessories of a DEPED owned computer sets
issued by the Schools Division of Benguet for the purpose of the community cable (AGA cable)
in airing/playing videos for the learners as another means of learning during this pandemic time.
Furthermore, SDO-Benguet and AGA cable had their contract signing regarding the computer
sets released to the cable company wherein they have agreed to take charge of the said
government property while it is under their care. Sometime in April 2021, the cable had some
technical problems and they were not able to play videos quality assured by the Division office.
Since the technical problem have been encountered for quite long in the community, Lepanto
National High School with Ms. Sharon B. Angupa, the School Principal have given an instruction
to retrieve the said computer sets since these sets were under her name. On May 2, 2021, the
first computer set was retrieved but upon checking the following day, it was noticed that it has
some missing parts and accessories. Upon inspection by the School ICT Mr. Romeo Gorio, he
then declared that the following accessories and parts are missing:
1. Heat sink/CPU cooler.
2. Computer Mouse
3. For possible replacement due to the absence of heat sink: damaged processor.
On May 13, 2021, the second computer set was retrieved but still there are some noted
missing or replaced accessory such as:
1. Keyboard replaced by an old A4tech keyboard instead of a new ACER brand
keyboard.
2. Mouse replaced by an old mouse with no DEPED sticker.
Lastly, this report will serve as a document for AGA cable to replace the missing part or
accessory property
