Supplying and fixing of non-insulated Colour coated (Sky blue "RAL 5012" on
top side & mill gray on bottom side) troughed galvalume metal sheets (Zinc
aluminum alloy coated, Not less than 150 gms/sq.m, having high tensile steel
sheet (Fy 550 Mpa) of 0.5 mm minimum thickness (BMT). The outside face
(exposed face) shall be permanently color coated with PVF-2 paint of minimum
1 DFT 20 microns over primer and inner side (internal face) shall be coated with Sqm 48900
same paint of minimum DFT 12 microns with all fasteners and fixtures,
scaffolding etc. complete at all heights as per drawings and specification including
preparation of bill of materials & shop drawings.
(Galvalume Sheets shall be of any reputed make including 'Tata Blue Scope
Steel Limited', 'Laj Color Leaf (P) Limited' Loyd Insulations etc.)

Supplying and fixing of FRP Sheets (3.0 mm thk.): Fibre glass reinforced
polyester (FRP) sheets of profile matching with permanently color coated sheets
2 shall be used for translucent sheets for natural lighting. The sheets shall have Sqm 1500
light diffusion classification as per Table- 3 of IS-2866-1989 with all fasteners and
fixtures, scaffolding etc. complete at all heights as per drawings and specification.

Supplying and fixing of Colour Coated Ridge with all fasteners and fixtures,
