Chúng tôi là đại diện của Trường Đại học Quốc tế Hồng Bàng đến từ Việt Nam. (viết tắt HIU)
Lời đầu tiên, Hội đồng quản trị và Ban giám hiệu nhà trường gửi đến toàn thể các đối tác/thành
viên của tổ chức AUN QA lời chúc sức khỏe và lời chào trân trọng nhất.

Trường Đại học Quốc tế Hồng Bàng chúng tôi được thành lập năm 1997 thuộc tập đoàn Nguyễn
Hoàng có sứ mạng đào tạo người học có chất lượng cao từ đại học đến tiến sĩ; thực hiện nghiên
cứu ứng dụng và cơ bản trong các lĩnh vực khoa học sức khoẻ, kinh tế, quản lý, khoa học xã hội
và kỹ thuật – công nghệ nhằm phục vụ phát triển kinh tế - xã hội Việt Nam. Với đội ngũ cán bộ
Quản lý và Giảng viên trình độ cao, giàu kinh nghiệm, tâm huyết với nghề, và chương trình đào
tạo hướng tới các chuẩn mực Quốc tế.

Chuẩn kiểm định chất lượng AUN là mục đích mà nhiều trường Đại học Việt Nam và khu vực
Đông Nam Á hướng tới, trong đó có chúng tôi - HIU. Mục tiêu của chúng tôi là khẳng định chất
lượng đào tạo và đang tiến tới việc xây dựng một nền văn hóa nâng cao chất lượng đào tạo của
cấp bậc Đại học và sau đại học trên bảng xếp hạng quốc tế trong khu vực châu Á.

AUN-QA (ASEAN University Network Quality Assucrance) là mạng lưới các trường đại học
hàng đầu của khu vực Đông Nam Á (ĐNA) được thành lập vào tháng 11/1995 bởi sáng kiến của
Hội đồng Bộ trưởng Giáo dục các nước ĐNA, với các thành viên ban đầu do Bộ trưởng Giáo dục
các nước ĐNA đề cử. Việc kiểm định chương trình đào tạo theo chuẩn AUN nhằm đẩy mạnh
công tác đảm bảo chất lượng bên trong các trường Đại học Đông Nam Á.

Đây là cách mà mạng lưới các trường đại học trong khu vực ASEAN nâng cao sự tin tưởng lẫn
nhau về chất lượng đào tạo giữa các trường trong khu vực cũng như đối với các trường đại học
hợp tác trên trên thế giới, từng bước thúc đẩy sự phát triển và công nhận thành quả học tập và
phát triển hợp tác giữa các trường đại học trong khu vực Đông Nam Á.

Bên cạnh đó, Trung tâm Kiểm định chất lượng giáo dục – Hiệp hội các trường đại học, cao đẳng
Việt Nam đã công bố quyết định và trao giấy chứng nhận đạt chuẩn chất lượng cơ sở giáo dục
cho chúng tôi - Đại học Quốc tế Hồng Bàng in 23 March 2019. Điều này đã phần nào khẳng
định danh tiếng của trường – một trong những địa chỉ đào tạo hàng đầu trong hệ thống các
trường đại học ngoài công lập trong nước.
Không chỉ dừng lại ở đó, mục tiêu lớn hơn của nhà trường là trở thành thành viên gia nhập tổ
chức AUN-QA nhằm góp phần xây dựng chương trình giáo dục vững mạnh cho đất nước và khu
vực ASEAN.

Với sự đồng hành ủng hộ và tin tưởng của tổ chức sẽ là động lực to lớn giúp nhà trường chúng
tôi hoàn thành sứ mệnh trở thành trường đại học có môi trường quốc tế tốt nhất ở Việt Nam.

Kính mong quý tổ chức quan tâm và xét duyệt kiểm định cho chúng tôi trở thành thành viên của
AUN QA thông qua các thủ tục đăng ký theo form đính kèm

Cuối cùng, chúc các vị lãnh đạo, ban thư ký tổ chức AUN-QA lời chúc sức khỏe và xây dựng
nhiều thành tựu vượt bậc cho nền giáo dục Châu Á.

Dear Ms. Banjong Ujjin,

We are representatives of Hong Bang International University from Vietnam (abbreviated

HIU)

First, the Board of Directors and the School Board of Directors send to all partners –
members of AUN QA Organization best wishes and greetings.

Hong Bang International University was established in 1997 under Nguyen Hoang group
with the mission of training high quality learners from university to doctorate; conduct
applied and basic research in the fields of Health Sciences, Economics, Management,
Social Sciences, and Engineering – Technology to serve the socio – economic
development of Vietnam with a team of highly qualified, experienced and dedicated
Managers and Lecturers with the profession, and training programs towards International
standards.

AUN quality accreditation standard is the goal that many universities in Vietnam and
Southeast Asia aim for, including us - HIU.  Our goal is to affirm the quality of training
and is moving towards building a culture that improves the training quality of
undergraduate and graduate levels on international rankings in Asia.  

AUN - QA (ASEAN University Network Quality Assucrance) is a network of leading

universities in Southeast Asia ( ANA ) was established in November 1995 by the
initiative of the Council of Education Ministers of Southeast Asia, with the original
members nominated by the Education Ministers of Southeast Asian countries. The
accreditation of training programs according to AUN standards aims to promote quality
assurance within Southeast Asian universities. This is how the network of universities in
the ASEAN region enhances mutual trust in the quality of training among schools in the
region as well as cooperative universities around the world, gradually promoting promote
the development and recognition of academic achievements and develop cooperation
among universities in Southeast Asia.

In addition, the Education Accreditation Center - Association of Vietnam Universities

and Colleges announced the decision and awarded the certificate of educational
institution quality standards for us - Hong Bang International University in 23 March
2019. This has partly confirmed the reputation of the school - one of the leading training
addresses in the system of non-public universities in the country.

Not only stopping there, the most important school’s goal is to become a member of the
AUN-QA organization to contribute to building a strong educational program for the
country and the ASEAN region.  

With the support and trust of the organization, it will be a great motivation for our school
to fulfill its mission of becoming a university with the best international environment in
Vietnam.  

We would like to ask for your interest and approval for us to become a member of AUN -
QA through the registration procedures according to the attached form.

Stomatology, School of Pharmacy, School of Nursing, School of Physical Therapy and
Rehabilitation, School of Medical Laboratory; School of Economic – Management;
School of Law; School of Social Science; School of Engineering – Technology; and
Institute of Education from the bachelor to the doctoral. With a team of highly qualified,
experienced, dedicated managers and lecturers, and training programs towards
international standards, HIU's mission provides high-quality human resources for
society, serving the industrialization and modernization of the country. 

Secondly, we send this letter to apply for AUN-QA Associate Membership.

As all we know, the inspection standard of AUN quality is the purpose that many
universities in Vietnam and Southeast Asia aim for, including us – HIU. Our goal is to
affirm the quality of training and is moving towards building a culture that improves the
quality of training of undergraduate and post-graduate levels on international ranking of
Asia. This is how the ASEAN network of universities improves mutual trust in the quality
of training between universities in the region as well as for cooperative universities
around the world, gradually promoting the development and recognition of academic
achievements and the development of cooperation between universities in the Southeast
Asia region.

AUN-QA (ASEAN University Network Quality Assurance) is a network of leading

universities in Southeast Asia was established in November 1995 by the initiative of the

nominated by the Minister of Education of Southeast Asia countries. The inspection of
AUN training programs aims to promote quality assurance inside Southeast Asian
universities. This is how the ASEAN network of universities improves mutual trust in the
quality of training between universities in the region as well as for cooperative
universities around the world, gradually promoting the development and recognition of
academic achievements and the development of cooperation between universities in the
Southeast Asia region.

Furthermore, the Center of Education Quality Inspection – Association of Vietnamese

Universities and Colleges has reported the choice and granted the Certificate of Quality
Standards of instructive establishments to us - Hong Bang International University in 23
March 2019.

Not only that, the more prominent objective of HIU is to become a member of AUN-QA
to improve a stronger education program for Vietnam and ASEAN region. Through the
support and expectation of the association will be an incredible inspiration to improve
our school satisfy its central goal of turning into the best worldwide university in
Vietnam. We are looking forward to the organization's interest and accreditation for us
to become a member of AUN QA through the registration procedures in accordance with
the attached form
At last, we wish you and the pioneers, secretariats, assessors with all of
individuals/accomplices of AUN-QA great wellbeing and construct numerous
extraordinary accomplishments for Asian training.
