With reference to the above subject and your letter reference TEC/GTC-524/L-1695 dated
27/04/2021. As you are aware, a top management meeting was held with Tecton on 27/04/2021,
followed by a coordination meeting on 29/04/2021 between KM-TA, KEO and Tecon to discuss
the issues and close/settle all pending matters in the project. Accordingly, Tecton has been
requested to submit the project closeout/settlement report for KM review and assessment.

Furthermore, as you already know:

 You have received Kahramaa’s fax ref TA/1052/2021 dated 25/04/2021 with a good
workable way forward for the solar-powered street lighting, hence awaiting your reply.
 You have already received Kahramaa faxes ref TA/1070/2021 dated 26/04/2021 and
TA/1009/2021 dated 19/04/2021, resolving the long-standing issues of the control
buildings and panel location layouts.

In light of all the above and further to Kahramaa fax ref TA/1150/2021 dated 06/05/2021, you are
advised to expedite the submission of the project closeout/settlement report, which shall be part
of the next VO, and it shall include:

 Details of all the outstanding activities as per the project scope of works.
 Details of the remaining work activities that are in progress.
 Details of all the outstanding issues with Kahramaa.

Moreover, we remind you that it is your obligation to carry out your contracted scope of work
without any further delays and that you are liable for any further delays on the subject matter.
