DURING SITE INSPECTION THE FOLLOWING INSTRUCTION WAS VERBALLY ISSUED

AND ADDRESSED TO MR. MC Site Manager

PLEASE MAKE SURE; THAT THE INSTRUCTION IS CARRIED OUT WITHOUT DELAY

At 08am, The consultant’s engineer check site and comment following:

1. At stack foundation, the Contractor built the brick above foundation for
convenient backfilling (refer to picture). Inside the brick wall, the water will affect
the quality of bolt.
2. At batching plant, many leakage points due to corrosion appear on the surface of
water tank (refer to picture).

For above reasons, the Consultant, FICHTNER/PECC1/TEPSCO requests MC and Sub-

contractors to promptly implement the followings:
1. At stack foundation, the Contractor recheck working plan for stack foundation
and resubmit immediately. The water inside brick wall must be drainage at once.
2. At batching plant, the Contractor repair immediately leakage points.
