Stamped Biscuits (group)

Ingredients
125 gm butter
½ C icing sugar
½ C cornflour
¾ C flour
Method
1. Preheat oven 150°C fan bake and line baking sheet.
2. Cream butter and sugar, add cornflour and flour. Mix
until it forms a ball. (Add a little more flour if
required)
3. Dust bench and rolling pin with a little flour, roll out
mixture between two chopsticks so it’s the correct
thickness.
4. Cut into the required shape.
5. Bake 25 mins.
