Method
1.Choose at least 5 fillings plus mayo or chutney.
Think about textures as well as flavours that
work together.
2.Prepare fillings but chopping if necessary
3.Place fillings on ⅓ of wrap
4.Roll up folding the edge in as you go.
5.Wrap in gladwrap. Cut on an angle and serve.
