Cheese Rolls

1 packet onion soup


1 C whole or evaporated milk
1 C grated cheese
10 – 12 slices of bread
Melted butter

1. Preheat oven at 200ºC


2. Heat soup mix and milk in a pot over low heat stir until thick take off the heat
and stir in cheese allow to cool.
3. Spread 1-2 T of mix on each slice of bread and roll up firmly brushing with
melted butter.
4. Put on lined baking tray and cook for 10 minutes until golden

Can also add diced ham, bacon parsley, blue cheese or onion
