1. Measure camshaft lobe height (D5).

3. Subtract the base circle (D6) from the camshaft lobe height (D5). The difference
is the actual camshaft lobe lift (D4).
Specified camshaft lobe lift for:
D4 - - Inlet lobe is 8.100 mm (0.3189 inch).
Exhaust lobe is 8.783 mm (0.3458 inch).
