Issue Setting up printer on the labeller.
The personnel noticed the following:
• Not capable of taking test prints, hence there will

• Sensors operating independently so there is room
for inconsistincy.
Procedure
The following were done:
1. The issues were related to Insepra’s engineer.
2. The engineer advised that the waste labels is
inevitable with the current setup, and they cannot
achieve their method of taking test prints with this
technology.
3. Hence, the engineer advised the personnel to ship
the machine together with rolls of labels so we can
do modifications.
4. The personnel’s knowledge on NPN and PNP
sensors is limited to aid in rewiring the sensors, to
reduce the inconsistency of having independent
sensors.
5. Hence, the engineer advised the personnel to ship
the machine together with rolls of labels so we can
do modifications.
