build each challenge. When you’ve completed
the 60 challenges, get creative and use the
pieces to build your own patterns!

the image on the challenge card.
SET UP:
• Spill the pieces out of the game grid.
• Select a challenge card from the deck.
LEARNING BENEFITS
Spatial Reasoning: As you play, you’ll begin
to mentally visualize how the pieces can fit
together. The ability to rotate and build
images in your mind is a great problem
solving skill.
Discovering Multiple Solutions: Many of the
challenges have multiple solutions. Keep an
open mind if another player has a different
approach to solving a challenge. When you’re
done finding one solution, don’t hesitate to
see if there might be another.
Perseverance: Don’t get frustrated if you can’t
solve a challenge right away. Try fitting the
pieces together in new ways. Having patience
and determination takes practice but creates
great discipline.
Confidence: The success you’ll feel when you
solve a challenge will boost confidence and
make you crave even tougher challenges!

TO PLAY:
• Assemble the blue and green pieces to match
the image on the card.
• All pieces MUST lie flat within the game grid.
• You can turn or flip the pieces any way needed
to complete the image.
IF YOU GET STUCK:
• Hints to solve the challenges are on the back
of each card.
• HINT 1 shows the green pieces that form the
image.
• HINT 2 shows the blue pieces that form the
image background.
YOU WIN: When the image you’ve created
matches that on the challenge card front.
Note: There may be more than one solution for
each puzzle. If your answer doesn’t match ours
that’s ok—as long as it matches the challenge
image, it works!
