bit heartbroken said. “To be
left with nothing, no support, I haven’t even had a ‘get well soon’ card from my school.
They don’t necessarily believe that it’s long Covid.

That is really really shitty to not even have the empathy to send her a card or enquire how
shes doing.

My healthy as a horse friend has developed asthma so bad that they're stressed out. This
guy used to run and can now barely walk to the shop without getting winded. He keeps
forgetting his rescue inhaler too which doesn't help.

We don't know how long covid is going to affect people and the mental ramifications aren't
even discussed.

healthy as a horse is probably a good way to describe your friend. Horses are notorious
for being fine right up until they aren't in which case they take a sharp nose dive with an
injury they can't heal from. It's a bit grim in relation to your friend but it's a good
comparison.

I got an horrible image of my friend as a horse and me having to put it down. Thanks
for the nightmare fuel.

I hope he learns to adapt, but right now he's just so angry and frustrated that he can't
just up and go like he used to.

In a way I'm glad.

For a decade people have been saying both SSP, ESA and PIP are nothing more than acts of
cruelty yet the majority of the public thanks to both the media and Tory Government have

Well now hundreds of thousands are going to learn the truth the hard way.

I have never been more humiliated than when I applied for PIP. I was made to feel
completely worthless and a Liar.

My assessor showed absolutely no interest the medical documents that I have and the
letters from 2 Specialists and my GP.

My application was denied and they also denied the mandatory reconsideration.

When I put in for the Tribunal I found that the assessor had lied multiple times.

I had to wait 18 months for my Tribunal which lasted less than 10 minutes and I was
awarded full disability and mobility.

Even the Judge apologised for the hell that I had to endure.

Well now tens of thousands, possibly hundreds of thousands are going to find for
themselves how fucked PIP and ESA is.

Maybe now people will start to believe what we have been saying for the past decade.

Yes. I'm continuously being put through this process too. I had a phone assessment just
a couple of months back for ESA and my PIP is due for renewal at the end of this year. It's
very stressful. I keep getting denied and then allowed at tribunal and that tells me the
system is designed to get people off it and not listen to their needs. I have enough
problems in my life without having to deal with this on top of it.

I hate that people judge. Those that "aLwAyS wOrKeD" judgemental gang are going to be
caught up in this and that's going to be some karma for them. I feel for those that did
empathise and will also be caught up in it.

My fiancee has debilitating Fibro and as such is an ambulatory wheelchair user, and even
then they go out in the chair many more times then they don't.

They dread the PIP letters. We were very lucky they got a really nice ex nurse during their
first assesment that even had experience with their condition. But it's likely we'll get
someone who just doesn't care next time and they loose their benefits.

dont wear a bra anymore because its too difficult/painful. I wish this was a joke.

Hahahahahahahaha damn that was funny now obviously you ment onlyfans right
because if you ment pip yeah that is funny i should know i was on dla for over 10 years
and when i moved over to pip they said that not only was i able to work but i was
superman so new claimants will be better off with onlyfans.
