CONSTRUCTION / MAINTENANCE
& RENOVATION OF STAFF
COLONY, LABOUR COLONY AND
CANTEEN

OUR TASK:

Majority labours washroom is in worst


condition. Doors are broken, water supply
isn't proper. Need to repair doors and proper
water supply. Quotation is attached herewith.

Currently there is no separate gate/door for


labour washroom. This is existence entrance
of labour washrooms through canteen cooking
area. It is just attached with cooking area. On
returning from washroom labours usually
wash their hands in cooking area null which is
used for the washing of kitchen utensils.
Hygienic issues are present due to open area.
Need to block this passage.

This is boiler side view, need to open a


passage for labour washroom from this side.
All labours will use this gate for going and
returning from wash room. Also need
washbasin outside the washroom for washing
hands after using toilets.

There is Leakage in sewerage line of staff
colony which is just attached with cooking
area. Sewerage water splatters in food while
cooking, it is most hygienic issues which we
are facing. Need to repair properly. (Quotation
is attached herewith)

Open cooking area in canteen.


Very low height wall is there which is easy to
cross. It is also security risk.
There is no roof on cooking area due to this
dust and other particles can mix in curry,
which can create hygienic problems in foods.
Need to construct outer wall up to about 4
feet and proper roofing on cooking area.

Underground drinking water tank. Need to


clean properly clean for storage of drinking
water. (Completed)

Window of staff room open in cooking area,
need to fix grill for safety aspect.

Open entrance of canteen cooking area.


Currently every one using this way. Need to
block this to stop unauthorized access. Only
canteen staff and authorized staff should
allow to enter this area for better
management and proper facilities.

Labour residential rooms. All walls are in


bad conditions. Whitewash/ Oil paint
required for renovation. Once renovation
completed, labors contractor will be
responsible to maintain cleanness of
rooms.

Staff Colony. Present colors has been
faded everywhere. Whitewash/ Oil paint
required for renovation for entire building
to maintain the beauty and cleanness.

Mostly furniture’s of canteen has been


broken. Staff are facing difficulties while
eating foods. Need to repair broken
furniture’s.

Outsourced Carpenter already working in


factory, we can take help from him.

Currently there is no numbering on residential


rooms. By placing room numbers we can
easily identify and manage.

Need to Place / mark room numbers on each


rooms.

Currently there is no system / policy for
residential building. We don’t have any proper
record of accommodated staff even we don’t
know whose accommodated in any specific
room. Need to place a name board on
entrance of every room and list of
accommodated staff of that room should be
displayed on it. It will help for proper
identification and management.

One main notice board need to be placed in


staff colony. This board will be used for office
orders, information and other instructions.

One Suggestion / complaint box need to be


placed in staff residential building. All staff can
submit their complaint / suggestion regarding
colony and canteen related issues. Key’s will
be in compliance custody and compliance
department will be responsible to manage
complaint / suggestion records.

Effective employee suggestion /
complaint programs can increase motivation,
encourage teamwork among employees, and
promote loyalty within the workplace. This
can lead to a spike in employee morale and
overall satisfaction. Increase Revenue.
Employee ideas can help you find ways to
increase company revenues.

PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
The purpose of this project proposal is to provide quality standard to our staff and contractual labours. After completion of this
project, employee’s loyalty, dedication and satisfaction toward company will increase.

Administration department will be responsible to provide vendor and required materials for above said projects. Admin
department will also deal finance related issues of said projects.

Compliance and administration department will jointly look after this project for timely completion.

After completion of canteen related task, canteen’s contractor will be responsible to maintain required standard.

After completion of Labour’s related task, Labour contractors will be responsible required standards.

ALL MATERIAL TO MR. MATIULLAH. COMPANY WILL GIVE LUM SUM AMOUNT OF RUPEES SIXTY
THOUSAND ONLY (RS. 60,000/-) TO MATIULLAH AGAINST ABOVE SAID WORK.
