    As far as I know, an artist is the one that produces art, which I think it makes
    more sense that they have the will power to designate what art is. However, it
    was mentioned in the text that only specialists and institutions can only decide
    whether an object is an art or not. This statement has triggered the way I
    perceived what art is. The reason is that I think, all artists embody the greatest
    sensibility especially when it comes to art. With this in mind, it can be attained
    that this unique characteristic of an artist is what they use to produce art, thus it
    proves the role of an artist in the designation of what art is.
