DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

MARCHER
NEED TO ACCOMPLISH DURING THE TOUR OF DUTY:

Attendance Sheet: All columns filled up/checked, Name and Signature of


Instructors, Marcher, TAC NCO, and TAC O. Make sure that the TAC NCO has a
signature; if TAC O is not present, no need for TAC O signature. NEVER bypass
the TAC NCO prior to TAC O signature.

Daily Monitoring Sheet: Shared Responsibility with Ex-O


Make sure all are monitored.

Evaluation Forms: Shared Responsibility with Ex-O and Guidon


Distribute Evaluation Forms every after lecture.
Make sure TAC NCO has signature on the evaluation forms

CLASSROOM PROCEDURES

If instructor is inside the room:


Marcher will face the instructor, salute, render report.
“TASMOC Class 17-21” class response “SIDLA AWANGGAN”
“29 students present all accounted for Sir” or 28 students present, one (1)
absent, all accounted for Sir.

If instructor arrives:
Class marcher commands, “Class Attention”
“TASMOC Class 17-21” class response “SIDLA AWANGGAN”
“29 students present all accounted for Sir” or 28 students present, one (1)
absent, all accounted for Sir.

Is instructor does not arrive within fifteen(15) minutes of his scheduled time, class
marcher shall notify Course Director or the Tac O/ Tac NCO of his/her absence.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES FROM AFPMSS STUDENT HANDBOOK


1. Conducts attendance check during formations and other activities
2. Maintains and submits attendance report after tour of duty
3. Leads the class during academic and non-academic activities
4. Assist the school administration in instilling discipline to the students as well
as adherence to school regulations
5. Report any delinquent acts and/or violations to existing regulations, policies,
and directives
6. Disseminates to the class any changes in training schedules and other
administrative matters announced by the school administration
7. Represents the class in all matters during his/her tour of duty
8. The class marcher is responsible for class behavior covering the period of
his/her tour of duty

9. The class marcher is the designated Introducing and Thanking Officer of the
day (ITO)
10. The designated marcher shall remind the instructor of the granting of five (5)
to ten (10) minute break every one hour of lecture
11. The class marcher shall designate any member of the class to coordinate
with the Training Staff with regards to the refreshment of the instructor
12. Complies with additional instructions that the training staff may require

REMINDERS:

Endorse properly to the incoming Marcher


Make sure to write on the Diary notebook
Make sure all issues/concerns are written on the notebook and if not resolved,
endorse to the incoming marcher
Make sure to report concerns of the day to CD together with the president for proper
endorsement.
