The Presiding Officer Hon. Hussin O. Sangkula call the monthly meeting of the
Barangay Anti-Drug Abuse Council (BADAC) to check, verify and know who active
members to be retained are and whose membership is to be revoked due to non-
participation and absences.

Since majority of the members of the BADAC is present to the said meeting, the
committee decided to pass a resolution pertaining to the retained position of the members.

The Barangay Anti-Drug Abuse Council of Barangay Zone 1 also discussed the
proposed Plans, Budgets and Activities of the BADAC for the CY 2020 as the Barangay
Council of Zone 1 had appropriate sufficient amount of budget for the continuous activities
of the BADAC.

Having no more others matters to discuss the meeting was adjourned at 11:00 in the
morning.

I hereby certify to the correctness of the minutes of the meeting of BADAC held at
the Office of the Punong Barangay on January 6, 2020.
