Summary for the movie “The Billionaire”

The following is a synopsis of the film "The Billionaire." The film begins with Itthipat
Peeradechapan, popularly known as Tob, a youthful 16-year-old lad. We can see right
away that he was a video game addict in the beginning of the film. He was able to earn
a substantial amount of money on a monthly basis as a result of this, and he was able
to put his studies on hold in order to focus on the game tournaments.
His account was later deactivated. To pay for his school fees, he bought DVD players in
quantity with the hopes of selling them to others and making money, but he later
discovered that they were all defective. He was chastised for being dumb and chased
away when he demanded a refund from the merchant.
His father advised him to use it as a lesson to not be so naive in the future, claiming that
the real world is harsh. Top was dejected, but it was clear that he was not willing to give
up. We can see later in the film that he rented a chestnut-making machine and began
selling chestnuts. He was spotted doing study and evaluating the manner other sellers
prepared it before doing so.
He relocated after finding no customers at his old location; no question, business was
picking up, but he was soon presented with a dilemma. He chose to pick up a phone
call during his school examination, resulting in his exam being forfeited.
This demonstrates that he was more dedicated to his company. For a while, everything
was well, but the chestnut machine soiled the roof and caused a lot of difficulty to the
nearby vendors, forcing the mall to terminate the contract.
Another stumbling block came when his parents informed him that they were going to
migrate to China since they were insolvent and owed 40 million Baht. She offered him a
piece of seaweed snack that he couldn't have in Thailand while travelling in the car with
his girlfriend beside him.
He took advantage of the situation to make it with his uncle. After numerous futile tries,
his uncle wondered whether it was time to call it a day because they had already
squandered so much time and money (200,000 Baht). Top was undeterred, and he
continued to sell all of his computers and chestnut machines. After so many fruitless
tries, he finally succeeded. He then approached 7-Eleven to have his product
distributed. His goods was rejected after a half-day wait because the packaging and
design were too large for the shelves.
He modified his product packaging in response to the feedback and was eventually
accepted by 7-eleven. Top later applied for a loan at a bank, but was turned down due
to his age and family debt. He felt defeated after hearing that and was ready to quit and
relocate to China with his family. He returned to the pawn shop before departing to
reclaim the amulet that had been pawned by his father. He eventually discovered that
what he received was insignificant in comparison to the value of the amulet. He took
that as incentive and never gave up; later, he remembered that his family owned an old
warehouse that they had transformed into a small manufacturing firm.
After everything was finished, the 7-eleven staff were sent down to the factory to see if
they followed the GMPs (Goods Manufacturing Practices). His uncle then proceeded to
suggest that they would not pass and demanded that Top bribe them. Top refused,
citing a past occurrence as his lesson.
He passed the GMP test after a few difficulties, and his product was distributed to 7-
eleven locations throughout the world. Top was listed in Forbes Thailand as the
youngest person on the list, with a net worth of $600 million.
This demonstrates that, despite all of the obstacles and setbacks he had in building his
empire, Top did not give up. He also listened to other people's feedback on his product
in order to improve it. He was successful because of his sheer grit and persistence, as
well as his desire to create a business and his level of devotion. He would not be where
he is today if he had listened to others and ignored his true desires. He is a successful,
passionate, and brilliant entrepreneur who inspires millions across the world.
