HOW DO YOUR CURRENTLY MANAGE EMOTIONS?

Take stock of what you currently do to manage your emotions:

• What have you been doing lately to handle the feelings you’ve faced?
• How helpful are the strategies you’ve been using?
• What new strategies can you try for managing your emotions?
• What new habits might you consider adopting, such as mindful breathing, getting
better sleep, eating more nutritious foods, engaging in more physical activity, and

Lately , I did a lot’s of yoga , and I have been praying to get help from God , to release me fro
my colère , my jalousie, et de ma haine. I also put myself into a mode of silence and not
saying any thing when I do not agree with something or I am en colère with something. I also
try to take as much as I can a sweet voice and very kind way of saying things.
they have been working on average not too bad, I still feel a lot’s of emotions internally about
my marriage and the lack of love I get from my wife , and it’s about these fustrations that
create a lot of anger within me. So I need to be working more on those strategies and forget
about those fustration and be more wise about those emotions .
What new strategies can you try for managing your emotions? : Meditation , I should be
meditating on those emotions , being grateful to get amazing teachings from my wife , and be
grateful ? ?? ! very hard. From lack of love emotions, I should be looking the abondance of
love from my kids and from God.
New strategies: Meditating , Thinking contrarian (gratefulness, abondance of love), looking
for signs , every minutes is an excuse to be grateful ,
New Habits : Connecting with others : Engage one to one conversations with Lily, Violette on
deeper connection , look for deeper connections with people , discuss about their feelings
and ask about their emotions , what kind of emotions are they feeling when I am with them
around ?
