Echo, their main problem is that they’re having a problem in selecting new staff for
another school year and as well as the screening. According to Ms. Dhaine Villorente,
the Editor in Chief of the Capsunian Echo, not everyone answered well during the
interview process as well as there articles during the screening and considered as “the
best”. After the screening, they need to set a schedule for a monthly meeting with her
staff, doing advance assignment of articles or programs around the school campus. In
every program, there is assigned reporters, writers, photographers. But sometimes, the
staff assigned on particular program is late and she humble state, “You as an EIC would
probably act as a photographer and a writer, the responsibility always lies on me. I need
to upload the pictures taken during the program and since the internet is slow, I
sacrificed myself, I end up sleeping at 1am after I finished uploading them on our
official account”.
