Date: June 18, 2021 Reflection on being a Leader and a Follower

Reflect on the following questions:

1. What are the qualities of a good leader”? How can someone in a

leadership role influence and contribute positively to society?

To me, A Leader must be able to lead with power, firmness, and most importantly with love.
A leader withoutthese qualities will not and never be an effective leader. A leader must show
understanding to his/her members. A great leader can influence and cotribute positively to
society by showing these traits. He/she must be a DynamicLeader that does not doubt the
capacity to thirve and innovate of the persons he/she is leading.

2. What are the qualities of a good follower? How can he/she influence
society and contribute positively to it?

A Good Follower in my perspective must be able to freely comment, or suggest an Idea to

the leader, but must be open to whatever the decision the leader will make and if that decision
is not in line with his/her plans, the follower must still be able to accept and follow the decision.

3. What leadership role can you as a teenager, perform in society? (This may
not necessarily be a political role.) What can you do in your own way to
improve your community?

In the church, all of the church officers are leaders. We are leading the church towards the
promised salvation,and at the same time taking care of the church that God has trusted
us to care for.

4. How can you as a teenager, be such a good follower in society that you
can contribute to society’s goals?

A Church Officer must be seen in the spirit of "Obey and Never Complain". A real church
officer must be able tosubmit to the Church Administration placed by God without question.
