Further to discussion and receiving of pdf drawings of the

Hotel project from People tech group, Hyderabad.(refered
as PTG) and SK( for SK structural designers & PM).
We would like submit our quotation for the structural design
and submission of structural drawings of the same .
Our rate will be IRs 2.50 per square foot. As per the drawings
the total built up area is 11707mt2 (126014 square foot) . The
total cost of structural design will be IRs 3,14,875.50. Our
structural drawings will be in AutoCAD 2019 format . we shall
submit you one hard copy of drawings.
Once the contract is signed and of soil report is received in a
week foundation drawings will be released. We need from
PTG soil report comprising of
1. SBC (ultimate and working) 2. Angle of friction of soil. To
design foundation and retaining wall.
Any changes in architectural drawing after the structural
drawings are issued, will cost extra for revising the structural
drawings. It will be Rs 3/Sqft. Depends on area impacting the
Structural changes to be made.
The Mode of payment of structural design will be.
1. Rs 40,000 after the contract is signed.
2. Rs 60,000 after the foundation design drawings is
submitted
3. Rs 1,00,000.00 after G.Fl and First floor. Remaining
amount after complete design is completed.

If the PTG want SK designers to visit the site for inspection of
Structural elements. PTG has to provide transportation by
flight(if by train it should be 2AC.) accommodation and food
Plus Rs 5K, Max will be for two days( extra 3k after 2 days).
It will be responsibility of the PTG group to comply with the
Local and govt authorities requirements and coordination
with MEP. All the Safety from all aspect at site works should
be responsibility of PTG.
All the structural drawings will be design as per IS456 will be p
good stable and robust structure. It will design for wind and
static earthquake load. Detail structural drawing list will be
submitted. In the drawings applicable IS code and standards
will be mentioned.
All the above mentioned conditions could be discussed and
can be amended.
