1. What are your projected career goals with Busch’s?
I want to maintain winning guests for life. We would keep our “guest of the week promotion. And our
“Secret Menu” item of the week I want to go the employee morale and teach everyone how we can
have WOW moments
2. Describe your qualifications for the position (i.e. knowledge, skills and education):
I been a barista for 9 months and went through the training to train new baristas. I also have A
Bachelors of General Education from EMU. I took on my own the Master Barista Certification
online through Starbucks Academy My serve Save certificates on expired but im willing to
renew.
3. What have you done to grow professionally in the past year?

I became a Certified Trainer for Starbucks. I also became a Master Barista.

4. How could you contribute to Busch’s in this role?

I’m friendly, personable, reliable, andconstant. I know how to lead a team of employees to
greatness. I have been a supervisor before in past jobs I’m an unofficial supervisor now and I’m
also a director/Choreographer for plays that have 20+ people I’m in charge of
