PREFACE

The main purpose of this report is to inform the members of this


organisation and the shareholders of the setting up of a newly built
auditorium. The funding for this auditorium was provided by the
shareholders of the organisation.

I would like to express my appreciation to all the people who assisted me


to complete this report. My team consisting of Mr. U, and Mr. M
contributed in stimulating suggestions and encouragement, helped me to
coordinate my project especially in writing this report.
Furthermore, I would also like to acknowledge with much appreciation the
crucial role of our Manager, Mr. K, who gave the permission to use all
required equipment and the necessary materials to complete the task.

ABSTRACT
The AB Chand auditorium aims to provide a spacious and a comfortable
space to the members, shareholders and the employees of the ABC
Organisation. It aims to build connection by providing a space for
conducting meetings, functions and seminars. With the capacity of 500
persons, top Air conditioning and sound effect facility, it aims to make
sure that it caters to the needs of the ABC Organisation.

MAIN BODY

ABC Organisation is known for their relations with their shareholders and
partners. The main motto of the organisation is to build connections.
However, there was a huge issue when it came to conducting meetings
and functions for the shareholders and the partners. The organisation had
to book venues which were far away from the main office building. Due to
this, the employees, shareholders etc had to travel large distances.
Because of which many shareholder meetings were either delayed or
cancelled. This led to the loss of monetary resources of the organisation.
In order to tackle the above-mentioned issues, the organisation decided
to set up an auditorium for the purposes of conducting meetings and
functions. The construction of the auditorium was completed on 10 th July,
2021. The auditorium is situated in building number 4, second floor of the
ABC Organisation. The auditorium, AB Chand is named after the founder
of the ABC Organisation, Mr AB Chand.
This report is prepared for the purpose to inform all the employees of the
organisation about the newly built facility. The data is acquired through
primary sources which include direct investigation and inspection of the
auditorium. Empirical research was undertaken in order to prepare this
report.
The auditorium is well equipped with smart gadgets and projectors. The
large room is air-conditioned and can occupy nearly 500 persons at a
time. There are 4 air conditioners attached to the walls of the auditorium.
8 Loud, audible speakers of the company Bose are enabled in all the
corners of the auditorium. The windows of the auditorium were covered
by bright, colourful curtains. The auditorium also consists of some tables,
sofa and chairs to make the visitors feel comfortable. The EFG Report of
the MNO Organisation has listed this auditorium as the 4 th largest by
capacity in the city of Mathura.
The auditorium has solved the issue of cancellation of board and
shareholder meetings. The auditorium can be used for multiple purposes
such as seminars and symposiums. The purpose of this auditorium can
only be achieved if the auditorium is timely maintained and all the
facilities such as Air Conditioners, Fans, Lights, Curtains are regularly
checked and cleaned.
Our chairman consistently aims at developing the infrastructure of the
organisation to be able to provide better facilities to the employees and
the shareholders. The auditorium is well designed to cater to all the needs
of the members of our organisation. The auditorium will also be used to
conduct all meetings associated with the organisation.
