Description
===========
OCOv2 is a completely rebuilt, bigger, better and more extensive Oblivion Character
Overhaul. It's a complete revamp of the character heads with a new visual direction
closely inspired by Skyrim and Morrowind.

OCOv2 is a very complex mod, so read all instructions carefully before you install
it - it affects a lot of things at once and is built to cover a lot of ground, so
there are quite a few things that can clash with it. The upside is you get the most
complete visual experience possible.

Details
=======
While OCOv1 worked as a standalone mod, v2 builds on OBSE to allocate separate head
models and textures for each gender of the same race. The new heads have been made
to up-to-date 3D modeling standards and employ every trick in the book to push the
characters' looks. Also includes its own body textures (3 replacers covered),
Iridum Eyes by Halendia, eyelashes and junkacc1's EGT files.

2.02 changes
=======

-Corrected eyelash shader glitch when under some spell effects

-Fixed female Khajiit body texture filepath
-Implemented clear error textures for when Blockhead is missing or installed
incorrectly - if you see grey blank heads with text, it means you need to manually
properly install OBSE and Blockhead for OCOv2 to work.

Incompatibility
===============
-Any NPC overhaul will not work with OCO
-Hair & eye packs are a no-go unless a compatibility patch is made
-Non-English copies of Oblivion do not work with OCO, NPCs go mute
-Any race balancing or otherwise race-altering mod will conflict with OCO
-Installing any body texture replacers on top of OCO will cause texture mismatches
and colour disparities

Known Issues or Bugs

====================
Some spell effects cause eyelashes to turn white temporarily. Removing the spell
removes the effect.
