Key Product(s) listed Purpose: To manage Production Board meetings

Demand for the day defined Audience: Direct & Indirect Reports

Capacity is known Frequency: Daily

Daily Assignments (lunch/breaks, assignments) completed Comments: Production Boards and associated huddles will differ by unit. Some will meet multiple
times in 24 hours, others will define capacity in terms of team ability and some will
experience significant demand changes.
Evidence of "visual review" by Leader is posted
The leader is responsible to ensure that each item is present on the Production Board
Leadership on point for the day identified and discussed during the huddle.
Normal/Abnormal status indicated

Takes place at the production board; agenda synched with board Comments: These are items that are discussed with the leader's supervisor, peer leader or other
related level of leadership.
