Our reviews and comments of the above proposal done as per the relevant technical specification document
and drawings.

1). Check the No. of bars in each and Total No. of bars in Bar marks 400, 400a, 401, 401a, 425, 425a, 426, 426a,
427, 450, 450a, 452, 452a, 600, 600-1, 600-2, 600a.

2). Check the total length of bars 450, 450a, 452, 452a, 453, 600, 600-2, 600a.

3). Add the bar mark 452a in section A and correct the bar numbers in section B.

4). Add Details of links have different shape than 452a into the Table

5). Add the details of bar 451 and 953 into the Table.

6). Check the indicated bars with 451 bar mark in the section A.
Hence, provided technical details of Pile cap bar bending schedule (Vehicular Bridge RB02) according to the BS
8666:2000 are insufficient and cannot be approved.

Please adhere the following Notes,

1. Refer the Shop drawing no. CPCDP-CHEC-SBR-RB02-DR-C-0004(19/06/2019) and Construction drawing

no. CPCDP-CHEC-SBR-RB02-DR-C-1000 Revision C2(31/01/2018).
2. Sample Reinforcement shall be fabricated in each bulk and shall be check for the actual site
measurement before fabricating bulk quantity.
3. Any irregulates appear in the bar schedule and the erection at the site shall be noticed to the designer
before review.
