Our reviews and comments of the above proposal done as per the relevant technical specification
document and drawings.

This drawing was submitted due to practical difficulties during rebar placing through the pile heads in west pile
cap. Laying Pile cap bottom rebar layers through pile anchorage rebars was difficult and hence rebars were cut
that locations and provided as separate layers. Some of provided rebar layers are not parallel with original rebar
directions. Hence, contractor proposed this additional B8 and B9 layers as a solution and JAEQR has agreed to
it.

Finally, Revised Bar bending schedule of Bridge Pile Cap (Additional R/F) for FB01
(CPCDP/CHEC/SBR/FB01/DR/C/0001(A)) dated on 18/10/2019 can be accepted according to the BS
8666:2000.
Please adhere the following Notes,
1) Please refer the Shop drawing no. (CPCDP/CHEC/SBR/FB01/DR/C/0001(A)) on 18/10/2019 and
Construction drawing no. CPCDP-ATK-SBR-FB01-DR-C-0040/C1.
2) Sample Reinforcement shall be fabricated in bulk for each batch and shall be checked for the actual site
measurement before fabricating.
3) Any irregularities appear in the bar schedule and the erection at the site shall be noticed to the designer
before review.
4) Provided bar bending schedule were checked according to Construction drawing no. CPCDP-ATK-
SBR-FB01-DR-C-0040/C1at site.
5) Builders work of MEP shall be incorporated with these shop drawings.
