Notes to Structure:
1. The structure is simple and self explanatory. It clearly shows the lines of
authority and accountability.
2. The Assistant Project Director, being in the field of project implementation
shall maintain the coordination with participating associations or
cooperatives.
3. The participating association may create a special committee who shall be
tasked of monitoring and coordination from the level of Project of Manager
to the Project Supervisor.
4. The Project Organizational Structure is expandable depending on the needs
of the projects as 1 WIAVI expands its project engagements.
5. Functions and orientation of every officer, staff and personnel of 1 WIAVI
must be vision-based and focus on the objectives, strategies and specific
targets of the company.
6. While the company is expanding and becoming bigger and bigger every
year, every officer, staff and personnel must not deviate from the following
suggested CORE VALUES:
a. CONCERN FOR COMMUNITIES
b. TRANSPARENCY
c. DILIGENCE
7. Finally, a suggested slogan for everybody to remember….”SIBUGAYNON…
