Management Aspect

Introduction

In this section, the business determines the effectiveness of the organization as a


whole which includes individuals who embodies the organization. This section also clearly
defines the management’s resources, the segregation of duties and responsibilities, the flow of
authority and the manpower level requirement. This is to show the utilization of skills and
resources to achieve goals of the business.

Forms of Ownership

Kukurbetes is a Partnership Company, wherein partners share both profits and liabilities with
the terms and agreements of partnership. Kukurbetes is composed of 10 partners; each of
them contributes money, skills and other resources that is being used in order for the business
to function.

The partners decided to form a Partnership considering some of the advantages cited below:

 It is easy to establish with low amount of capital needed.


 There is no double taxation.
 Lesser paper works.

There are also disadvantages with regards to partnership, losses and liabilities will be sharing
for each partners that their personal assets could be affected. Another one is when a partner
wants to stop the partnership, it automatically terminates the partnership.

Capitalization

The Kukurbetes Company agreed to contribute capital equally.

Identification of duties and Responsibility

Partners
General Manager

Allocating budget resources, formulating policies, coordinating business operations,


monitoring and motivating employees, managing operational costs, ensuring good customer
service, improving administration processes, engaging with vendors, hiring and training
employees, identifying business opportunities, and monitoring financial activities are all
responsibilities of the general manager.

Marketing Head
Duties of marketing head includes developing marketing strategy for various
departments, including digital, advertising, communications, and creative, creating and
monitoring marketing budgets on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis and goals for the
team should be set, monitored, and reported on.

Production Head
Some of the production head’s duty is to make a production timetable and plan
everything out, determine and order the resources necessary, as well as maintain acceptable
stock levels, choose equipment and assume responsibility for its upkeep, set the bar for
excellence, estimate expenses and negotiate and agree on budgets with both clients and
management to guarantee that the production is cost effective, monitor manufacturing
processes and alter schedules as appropriate, as well as productivity rates and product
standards, and put in place quality control programs, arrange for any damaged equipment to
be repaired, and interface with many departments, teams, and businesses, for example,
suppliers, managers, clients among others.

Finance Head
Creating forecasting models, analyzing risk in investments, and ensuring all
accounting processes conform with rules are among the tasks of the Head of Finance. He/she
should have prior experience developing financial plans and leading accounting teams to be
successful in this position.

Marketing Staff
The duties and responsibilities of marketing staff includes assisting in the execution
of marketing strategies, assisting the marketing manager in supervising the activities of the
department, and organizing and participating in marketing activities or events in order to
increase brand recognition.

Finance Staff
The duties and responsibilities of finance staff includes actively promoting the
principles and culture of the company, establishing and maintaining financial systems,
understanding financial management challenges and assisting beneficiaries, managers, and
trustees, relationships with partner organizations are being reinforced, and supporting audits
and adhering to legal obligations. This is under the position finance head.

Production Staff
The production staff put raw materials into the equipment, assembles products on
assembly lines, keep an eye on the manufacturing process, and perform basic quality and
testing inspections, prepare the products for shipping. This position is under the Production
Head.
Manpower Level Requirement
In the beginning of the operations, Kukurbetes Company must meet the following manpower
requirements:

General Manager - The company needs only one (1) for this position.

Marketing Head - The company needs only one (1) for this position.

Production Head - The company needs only one (1) for this position.

Finance Head - The company needs two (1) personnel for this position.

Marketing Staff - The company needs five (1) personnel for this position.

Finance Staff - The company needs five (1) personnel for this position.

Production Staff - The company needs five (1) personnel for this position.
