“Education is essential to change, for education creates both new wants and the ability to
satisfy them”, and so Pajo Elementary School bridged the gap between teacher and learners.
Sustaining the needs to improve the quality of learners produced of Pajo Elementary, the
school head, Ma’am Rosalia M. Paz called on a special meeting to discuss the urgent matter
regarding the numbers of learners who were having difficulty in literacy and numeracy which
was considered as one of the biggest challenges among us teachers. It was agreed upon
teachers that majority of them are teaching several subjects beyond their expertise. Most of
them are having hard time for the preparation of different subject matters and resulted to poor
academic performance of the pupils. The following were the agendas being discussed during
