increasing tuition fee were due to the need to increase teacher salaries, higher operating cost, and the need to enhance facilities.

(6-9) He emphasize that teachers in public schools was about to get an increase in salary which are under the Salary
Standardization Law III. Thus, some private schools plans to remain competitive by increasing the salary of their teachers.

(10)He declares that private schools must conform to the consultation requirement and the rule on the use of increases
before the application are approved.

RULES IN S-V AGREEMENT
