I. CALL TO ORDER
There being a quorum, the Grade I Parents meeting officially started at 3:00 P.M.
II. OPENING PRAYER

The prayer was led by Mrs. Lily Joy Ragusante

III. APPROVAL OF THE AGENDA OF THE HOMEROOM PTA MEETING

Me as the teacher , presented the agenda of the meeting and it was moved to accept by
Mrs. Racquel Tabian and it was seconded by Mrs. Lovely Madriaga. I then as the
teacher open the table for the nomination of president, Mrs. Kaylyn Langaman was
elected as president, and thereby presided the meeting and the elected officers are as
follows:

After the election I reminded them the schedule for delivery and retrieval of modules

There being no other matters to discuss, the meeting was adjourned at 4:45
