Subject: Report on 1st PTA Meeting
Date: August 23, 2019
The following are discussed and agreed by the parents in the meeting:
1. Attendees. There were 26 out of 49 parents and guardians attendees for the first PTA Meeting.
2. Evaluation Form. Parents and guardians immediately answered the evaluation form without any questions.
No complain was heard from them.
3. Upcoming events and examinations. The events discussed were for the Buwan ng Wika Celebration that
will be held at NE Pacific Mall on August 27, 2019, the First Periodical Test on September 12-13, 2019 the 2nd
PTA meeting and 1st Recognition Program on September 28, 2019.
4. School Marketing. They will recruits students next school year .
4. Grading System. No further questions regarding grading system. The emphasis on grading components was
given .
5. Products/Performances and Project Integration. Parents were concern if the product or performances are
by group. I mention that most of their projects were by group and the date of submission of each project is
not the same and discussed the video product such vlog ask teacher to give them letter and accompanied by
subjects teacher.
5. Community Work, Random Bag Inspection & Drug Test. They asked question “why all students take the
drug test at answer by some student will have drug but the result is confidential. All guardians and Parents
who attended the meeting have signed the agreement.
6. ESC / Voucher Concerns. No further question was asked during the discussion.
7. Election of PTA Officers. Parent agree to parent organization election they appointed or .pointed some
parents to elect the position.

8. Other Concerns. They suggested have add 2 stand fan to be project this school year .
