ai chữa lỗi. Viết journal hàng ngày giúp em viết trôi chảy, mạch lạc hơn. Dần dần em sẽ yêu thích kỹ

DAY 1.
Write about your best friend. Who are they, how long have you known them, why are they your
best friend?

I am sure that everyone has his or her own best mate, and I am also lucky enough to have a very good one. My
closest friend is Tam, and even though we had just met for more than a year, I have a feeling that she will be
my best friend forever. We were arranged in the same class when we both first enrolled in high school, and it
was an interesting thing that we shared the same table. Tam is a small girl with long curly hair. I once asked that
whether she went to the salon to curl her hair, but it turned out that she was born with it. She is half Chinese, so
she has small long eyes and thin lips. When she puts on her casual clothes, anyone can tell that she is an
actual Chinese. She can write, read and speak fluently in both Vietnamese and Chinese, and that is really
impressive for most of us. She lives in a Chinese area of the city, so sometimes she takes me there to enjoy the
significant food from her mother country. I have to admit that I have never been a fan of Chinese cuisine, but the
food there is so excellent that I ask her to take me there to eat every weekend. Although her house is not near
mine, she has to go past my house to reach school; therefore, she usually stops by and waits for me.
Sometimes I ask her to buy me breakfast from her neighborhood, and in return I will be the one who rides her to
school. She is a very friendly, outgoing and hilarious girl, so we always laugh out loud whenever we have time
to chat with each other. This summer she will go back to China for a few weeks, and I think I am going to have a
sad summer without her taking me everywhere. Tam is such a good girl, and my life would be very boring
without her; therefore, I will consider her as my best friend forever.

DAY 2.
Kids should have to exercise every day. Why and how?

Because physical activity helps kids control weight, lower blood pressure, raise HDL cholesterol and reduce the
risk of diabetes as well as some kinds of cancer. Spending time outside raises levels of Vitamin D and
strengthens children's bone mass.Kids can: walking,. Any exercise program should include cardiovascular
exercise, which strengthens the heart and burns calories. And walking is something you can do anywhere,
anytime, with no equipment other than a good pair of shoes. It's not just for beginners, either: Even the very fit
can get a good workout from walking

DAY 3.
A family who wins the lottery.

There was once a very poor family. There was a father, a mother and two malnutrition children. The father was
businessman once who lost his all in a deal that turned into a disaster. They lived in a canvas shelter on the
roadside begging for daily meals. Some days they had one some days they didn’t.One day the father found a
100 rupee note lying unclaimed on the road. He bought food from half the money and bought a lottery with the
rest. When he went home the wife was happy . he did not tell her that he had bought a lottery ticket with the rest
of the money that could have provided food to his family for at least two days.The next day when he went to
check whether destiny had favored him or not he was jubilant to find that he had won a fortune. God had taken
mercy on him.The family lived happily ever after.

DAY 5.
When people move to another country, some of them decide to the customs of the new country.
Others prefer to keep their own customs. Compare these two choices. Which one do you prefer?
Support your answer with specific details.

Read the following model answer and learn ideas and vocabulary from it.

When you move to another country, you have to change some of your customs of daily living. For
exampled, you will have to make some changes in your language, your food, and your work habits. It is also
important, however, to maintain some of your old customs because they are part of your identity.

The most important thing to do in a new country is learning the language. Daily life will be very
difficult without it. You will need the language to find things like stores, to understand TV programs, to go to
school, and for many other things. You don't have to stop speaking your own language, though. You can
continue to speak it with family and friends. You need your language to maintain your connection with your
own country and origins.

It is a good idea to learn to eat the food in a new country. It will make your lifer easier. You can’t
always find stores and restaurants that sell your country's food. Eating the new country's food also helps you
get to know something about the country and the people. If you shop and eat only in places that sell your
country's food, you will get to know only people from your country. Your should also eat yours country's
food sometimes. You will probably prefer it on holidays, for example. It is also a good thing to share with
new friends from your new country.

When you get a job, it is important to learn your new country's work habits. If the custom in the
country is to arrive at work on time, you must do it. If the custom is to be friendly with clients, invite them to
restaurants, and so on, then you must do that. You will not be successful in your job if you don't adapt to the
work habits. You might also have some useful customs from your own culture. May be you halve more
efficient methods of organizing work. Share your ideas with your coworkers. They might appreciate it.

For the first reason, I can show my respect to their country when foreign people see that I understand clearly
their customs. For example, two American friends usually shake intensively when they meet in a party. So, if I
initiatively shake to make an acquaintance of an American, he will appreciate my action. Conversely, he may
partly suspect my sincerity if I only greed him by words. So, it is important to follow the customs of the new
country.
Furthermore, following the new customs helps me avoid misunderstanding in communications. For instance,
when I talk with an American, I should see directly into his eyes. In my country, almost people do not know this
custom but in America country, no do this action is the show of no esteem together.
