JOURNAL REFLECTION 5

At this meeting, we started class at 7.30. We studied through Google Meet as usual and filled out
the attendance list at Syam-Ok. An obligation that becomes routine every day. Sometimes it is
tiring and tedious, but there is no intention of giving up on carrying out this responsibility.

The learning process is filled with displaying the results of the analysis of the learning video.
The results of the analysis of the instructional video are the previous assignments. The initial
plan, Dila said that all the results of the video analysis will be displayed. However, what
happened was only a few who showed up because there was not enough time. Honestly, I am
waiting for the results of my video analysis to be shown because I did the job very thoroughly, so
I want to be assessed whether my expectations are in accordance or not.

Therefore, I suggest again the same thing as the previous reflection journal, which I want
feedback or input from each assignment that has been collected, so that I don't just accept
assignments, do, collect, and forget, without any suggestions and assessments that are known to
me.

Next, we were given the task of making a teaching video. The task of making videos is a tough
task for me personally. Because, it takes a special and long time to take a video and then needs to
be edited again.

Even so, I am still working on it. My obstacle is that I am an organizer who also has
responsibilities in my institution. Incidentally, this week there is an ongoing D-day activity
schedule, namely Basic Journalism Training and Education. In that activity, you could say that I
had an important role in carrying out activities smoothly. Plus, the activities are outdoor and stay
for three days.

However, responsibility in the classroom is equally important. This is the risk I have to accept
and this is where my time management is trained. I also started working on my assignment. It
was quite difficult because I had to practice teaching and the challenge was that there were no
students in front of me. I am often confused if there is no real direct interaction with students.

I keep doing it until my video is finished with the edits. Huh, it turns out that making videos is
not that easy. However, another obstacle is that my cellphone storage space is full and is slow to
post. Finally, my video was finally uploaded.
I realized that my videos were still lacking. In fact, the videos I analyzed were much nicer than
mine. Therefore, I hope that in the future I can improve it again and maximize my ability to work
on the next video assignment.
