1. This pertains to the damaged and dilapidated traffic cones/signage being

used at the PNP Central Gas Station which needs to be replaced.

2. In this regard, respectfully request availability of funds for the purchase of ten
(10) pcs traffic cones with reflectorized signage “CGS” amounting to Seven Thousand
Five Hundred Pesos (Php 7,500.00) broken down as follows:
