The Bid documents shall be available at the Procurement Division, PNP Logistics Support
Service starting January 21, 2011 during office hour, upon payment of non-refundable fee.

The bidders shall drop their duly accomplished eligibility/technical and financial
components in two (2) separate sealed envelopes in the bid box located at the PNP LSS
Conference Room, Camp Crame, Quezon City.

PNP LSS-BAC reserves the right to waive any formality in the response to the eligibility
requirements and to this invitation. The PNP LSS-BAC further reserves the right to reject any
and all proposals, or declare a failure of bidding, to award the contract to any bidder whose bid
is considered most advantageous to the government, or not award the contract, and makes no
assurance that contract shall be entered into as a result of this invitation without thereby
incurring any liability to the affected Bidder or Bidders.
