4. ACTIVITY

Question: Mrs. Carla wants to make a welcome celebration for you in Hora Formativa. She decided to rub balloons
with a piece of red cloth found in Mr. Jose’s classroom.

 Will they stick on the ball?


 How long will they last?

1. HYPOTHESIS: (Write down a possible time you consider the balloons will be stuck on the wall)

2. PROCEDURES
Follow the steps 1, 2, and 3 given by the teacher in class.

3. OBSERVE: How long did the balloons stay on the wall?

4. INTERPRET: Does the electrical charge last long enough for Hora Formativa? Explain.
5. INFER: Why do you think the balloons fell?

6. TEST: Run more tests with different objects to see which one can help Mrs. Carla to keep the balloon on the
wall the longest. Add two more to the chart below.
